You should recognise them either from their pop up pastaria on the parrog in Newport or the townhall here in Cardi.

Derw from PAM and Sashi from our kitchen have written the menu to start fresh & zingy, get deep & rich then climax with a sweet finish. Just as Cupid would have desired.
