Assistant manager

We need someone with:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests with a warm, professional manner

  • Managing reception desk operations, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and providing local area information

  • Answering telephone calls and emails professionally, operating hotel booking systems

  • Managing room allocations, handling guest requests, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring smooth guest experiences

  • Co-ordinating with housekeeping and bar teams

  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception, breakfast room and bar area

  • Managing breakfast service and café, including making coffees and cocktails  

  • Social media management, promoting the hotel rooms, drinks and events

This is a full or part time role working in a great and solid team.

Front of house staff

We need someone with:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service experience

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Ability to work flexible hours, primarily day shifts starting at 7am

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Basic coffee knowledge
