Assistant manager
We need someone with:
Welcoming and checking in guests with a warm, professional manner
Managing reception desk operations, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and providing local area information
Answering telephone calls and emails professionally, operating hotel booking systems
Managing room allocations, handling guest requests, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring smooth guest experiences
Co-ordinating with housekeeping and bar teams
Maintaining a clean and organised reception, breakfast room and bar area
Managing breakfast service and café, including making coffees and cocktails
Social media management, promoting the hotel rooms, drinks and events

Front of house staff

Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
Basic computer literacy
Ability to work flexible hours, primarily day shifts starting at 7am
Professional appearance and demeanor
